Light Up the Night: A Nighttime Drone Spectacular

Nightly July 11 - 19, 2025

You don't want to miss nine straight nights of dazzling Drone Shows! Watch as 300 colorful drones come together to create one-of-a-kind Kennywood designs in the sky, including classic rides, fan-favorite characters, tributes to our historic past, and more. Drone Shows begin at 9:30 PM (weather permitting) and can be seen best around the Kennywood Lagoon.

As the sun sets and the lights come on, our live DJ will spin high-energy tracks—from today’s hottest hits to crowd-favorite classics—keeping the energy high around the Lagoon up until the drones take to the sky!

V.I.P. Viewing Experiences

Island Stage Access + Cotton Candy, Cookie, Bottled Water & Glow Necklace - $25 Per Person

  • Enjoy the show from the middle of the Kennywood Lagoon! Purchase and pick up your Island Stage wristband starting at 3 PM at the Event Booth located across from the Jack Rabbit. Access the Island Stage beginning at 7:30 PM near the Racer.

Paddle Boat for 2 Guests - $40 Per Boat

  • Watch the show from your own Paddle Boat on the Kennywood Lagoon! Purchase and pick up your Paddle Boat wristband starting at 3 PM at the Event Booth located across from the Jack Rabbit. Arrive at the Paddle Boat dock by 9 PM to get your boat.
