Brews in the Park is back! Thanks to our friends at Stratwood Catering, you can try dozens of craft beers from breweries near and far, enjoy tunes from Walkin' Rosie and Totally 80s, and tasty treats from Kennywood and local food trucks! Arrive early to enjoy a select few of Kennywood’s most popular rides and attractions around the Lagoon! This event is only for guests age 21 and older. Must have valid identification; no minors permitted to attend.
Ticket includes a miniature mug for tastings, free hot dogs, and access to the Before the Brews bonus ride time from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.

Before we begin pouring and tasting the craft beers, come out to Kennywood for some exclusive ride time! Brews in the Park guests can enter Kennywood beginning at 1 p.m. to ride some of the park’s most iconic rides. Rides will be open from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. Rides will not be open while alcohol is being served. Before the Brews is included in the price of your Brews in the Park ticket.Ride lineup subject to change.

Once the rides wrap up and the brews start pouring at 3:00, the live entertainment swings into action! With different performers populating every part of the park, you'll find fun around every corner.
Kennywood’s signature foods will be available to snack on during Brews in the Park! Yep, Potato Patch’s fresh cut fries, corn dogs, funnel cakes, cheese steaks and more! Not only that, several food trucks will set up shop within the park, serving up some of Pittsburgh’s favorite portable treats. Food offerings subject to change

What do I get for my ticket?
A ticket for Brews in the Park gets you access to this first-of-its-kind event: a craft beer festival on the grounds of Kennywood Park! Included in the cost of your ticket are: a miniature mug for tastings, free hot dogs (other food will be available for purchase), and live entertainment. A ticket for Brews in the Park also includes pre-tasting access to Kennywood from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. for some extra ride time on some of Kennywood’s most iconic rides!
How much do tickets cost?
Tickets for Brews in the Park are $37.99.
Are designated driver tickets available?
Yes, designated driver tickets are available for purchase for $19.99, plus a $1 local amusement tax and online processing fee.
Will rides be open?
A select number of rides will be open from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m., before beer pourings begin. The available rides will be: Jack Rabbit, Racer, Thunderbolt, Aero 360 and the Merry Go Round. The Lost Kennywood section of the park will not be open. Ride lineup subject to change.
Can I bring my kids?
All guests must be at least 21 years of age and present valid identification (along with an admission ticket) to attend Brews in the Park. Patrons under the age of 21 or without valid ID will be denied admission to the park.
Can I bring my kids just for the coaster-riding portion of the event from 1 – 3?
No, the entire Brews in the Park event, running from 1 p.m. – 7 p.m., is only for those ages 21 and older.
What if it rains?
This is a rain or shine event! If necessary, we will relocate food, beer and entertainment to the covered pavilions areas to keep everyone dry.
What beers will be available?
We are projecting more than 100 different beers to be served during Brews in the Park, of all different types and regions – locals, domestics, imports, IPAs, stouts, ales and more! Check back to this page regularly as we will post more and more selections as the event nears! Brewery & Beer Lineups subject to change.
Will there be food?
Yes! In addition to the complimentary hot dogs, Kennywood signature items such as Potato Patch fries, Corn Dogs and Funnel Cakes will be available. Plus, local food trucks will set up shop inside the park to provide extra-special (and extra-tasty!) treats.
Why isn’t (insert brewery/beer here) available?
We are working with Frank B. Fuhrer Wholesale Company in selecting and stocking the majority of the Brews in the Park selections. We have also reached out to numerous smaller, local breweries that handle their own distribution to ask them to participate!
