Kennywood to Celebrate Passholders with $1 Beer and $1 Hot Dogs, Exclusive Ride Time

Today marked the last day of our Hunt for the Gold Kangaroos contest - where Passholders won exciting prizes such as Beats headphones, Apple Watches, Nintendo Switches, Steelers tickets and more - but our Passholder Celebration is not over yet! 

We're inviting Passholders to celebrate our last week of being open every day next week with a super special offer: $1 beer and $1 hot dogs Monday, August 15 through Friday, August 19, 2022! Here's how it works:

• The $1 beer will be available at Parkside Beer in the Parkside Cafe. Passholders must be 21+ and present their Season Pass card with a valid ID upon their first purchase, where they will receive their Mug Club card. This card plus a valid ID will be required for all future $1 beer purchases throughout the week.
• The $1 hot dogs will be available at the Pagoda and Midway Refreshment Stand. Passholders must present their Season Pass card. All 2022 Passholders are eligible.
• This offer is valid from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday, August 15 through Friday, August 19, 2022.
• Please enjoy responsibly. 

The fun doesn't have to wait until next week, though! We're also offering two upcoming exclusive morning ride times for Season Passholders:

• Saturday, August 13 (tomorrow!): Silver, Gold and Platinum Passholders are invited to enter at 10:00 a.m. for exclusive ride time on the Steel Curtain, Kangaroo and Jack Rabbit.
• Saturday, August 27: ALL 2022 Passholders are invited to enter at 10:00 a.m. for exclusive ride time on the Phantom's Revenge, Thunderbolt and Turtle.

As an added perk, both of these dates are also bonus Bring a Friend discount days! Silver Passholders can bring one friend for just $29.99, while Gold and Platinum Passholders can bring up to three friends for $29.99 each. This offer is also open to 2022 Sandcastle and Idlewild and SoakZone Platinum Passholders! BUT get here early, this offer is only valid during the morning ride time and expires at 11:00 a.m. both days.

On top of all this, don't forget that our 72nd Annual Fall Fantasy Parades are occurring right now! Don't miss Once Upon a Time on Parade, featuring beautifully-decorated floats alongside the talents of marching bands from local high schools, colleges and universities. We still have some big local bands coming up on the schedule: Pine Richland, West Mifflin, Butler, North Allegheny, the University of Pittsburgh (the Pitt Band!) and more! The parades occur daily through August 21.
