It’s getting dark out earlier and there’s a chill in the air, which can only mean one thing: Kennywood Phantom Fall Fest is happening right now! If you are looking for spooky, scary events this Halloween, this Kennywood fright night event transforms the park into a festive Halloween event that will get guests of all ages into the season’s spirit.

Family-Friendly Halloween Fun

In the daytime, before the sun goes down, Kennywood’s beloved Kiddieland, Thomas Town™, and other family rides will be open for little goblins and ghouls to enjoy. From the time the park opens until 6 p.m., youngsters are free to roam the park free of fear.

During this time, enjoy festive decorations, delicious fall foods on our all-new fall menu such as pumpkin funnel cakes and seasonal beer, and Kenny's Spooky Sock Hop on Saturdays and Sundays at 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.!

The Phantom's Sinister Haunts

When the sun goes down, the Phantom and his fearsome friends turn the park on its head and throw open the doors to seven haunted houses and four scare zones.

During this terrifying time, parkgoers can check out mALICE in Wonderland, an all-new choose-your-own-adventure maze that will bring guests face-to-face with the wicked denizens of Wonderland.

Visitors can also have a frightfully good time at the many other haunts featured during this Kennywood Halloween event, including:

Other Fun, Freaky Events

In addition to our daytime family fun and evil evening offerings, Kennywood has a bunch of other fantastic events to check out this fall!

For example, on October 15th, guests can come take photos with the winner of Netflix's hit show, Is It Cake?, Andrew Fuller, during a special meet and greet by the Kandy Kaleidoscope from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Meanwhile, on October 22nd, dog lovers are encouraged for the first time ever to bring their furry friends to Kennywood for our Dogtober Fest event where they will partake in photo opportunities, a Halloween parade, and even a costume contest that will be fun for the whole family!
