- Kabanas are rented on a first come, first serve basis
- To reserve a Kabana, click on RENT ONLINE NOW button above
- Upon arrival at the park report directly to the Guest Service Center behind Noah’s Ark next to the Slush factory.
- Each guest occupying the kabana will be given a wristband. Wristbands are NONTRANSFERABLE. Only guest wearing wristbands will be allowed to access the kabana area.
- Kabanas are valid from the time Kennywood opens until the park closes. However, you may check out of your kabana at any time throughout the day. We reserve the right to rent vacated kabanas during operating hours.
- Please DO NOT CHANGE, SWITCH, or MOVE kabanas once they are assigned.
- Do not remove chairs or tables from the kabanas or from any other areas of the park.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the kabanas and surrounding area. Please use the designated smoking area located across from the Guest Service Center.
- Kabanas are not waterproof.
- Any items left in the kabanas will be taken to the Guest Service Center after the park closes.
- Kennywood is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Lockers can be rented above the Kandy Store near the tunnel.

Reservation: Reservations will be taken on the website and must be done 24 hours in advance. We also accept walk ups at the Guest Service Center for that day only.
Payment: The kabana reservation must be paid in full at the time the kabana is reserved. When purchasing online a credit card must be used. Once you arrive at the park go to the Guest Service Center located behind Noah’s Ark to check in and be assigned a kabana. At this time you can set up food service, if desired.
Cancellation & Date Change: If you need to cancel your kabana or want to change the dates, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We cannot guarantee that we will have an opening on another day, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Refunds: Refunds can be given up to 48 hours prior to reservation date. Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process.
