Don't be worried about keeping your grandchildren busy! Kennywood has plenty to do for a half or full day of fun! With so much to do, the day will go by faster than our Phantom's Revenge Coaster!

Junior FunDay Pass Discount
Children who are under 46" can enjoy their FunDay pass for only $19.00, a savings of 13.00 off the adult price. These tickets are available only at the entrance gate.

Kids 2 and Under are always Free!
That's right! Bring the littlest ones and they can ride all the suitable rides they can at no cost to Grandma and Grandpa!

Suggested Grandparent Day Planning!

• Get here early! The park opens up at 10:30 am and the rides start at 11 am. By getting here early, you can be the “first in line" to ride some of the more popular rides.
  
• Our Kiddieland area is a great place to start if there are young children (approx. 1 yr. to 5 yrs.) or children not accustomed to amusement park rides.
  
  
• Cooling off from the mid-day heat can be done by enjoying Kennywood's water rides like the Log Jammer or Raging Rapids. Be sure to bring a change of clothes because our water rides WILL get you wet! We have ample locker space available at the entrance of the park.
  
  
• Lunch at our Parkside Terrace Cafe gives your family a chance to enjoy a meal out of the sun and offers a selection for everyone! Or enjoy a sampling of traditional and ethnic foods located throughout the park.
  
  
• The Kennyville Stage offers exciting entertainment by Jason Pepitone and night time specials on the big screen of Kenny TV. Enjoy a video with your Potato Patch Fries.
  
  
• You won't want to miss the Lumberjack spectacular at the show area across from the Parkside Terrace.
  
  
• Enjoy the 35 various games of skill and chance throughout the park. Show the kids that you still have what it takes to knock down the cats at Cat Rack!
  
  
• Anyone's Birthday coming up? Let them create a forever friend at the "Kennywood Bear Factory" where you can help your favorite youngster build and create his own bear!
  
  
• Don't leave yet! You will want to stay until dark to enjoy the magical experience of our park after dark. Lost Kennywood's water fountain's glow and the view of the park at night from the top of the Pitt Fall are amazing!
  
  
• On your way out make sure you stop by and pick up a treat for the parents that didn't get to come; when they hear how much fun you had, our delicious Copper Kettle Fudge will ease their disappointment! Maybe they can join you next year!
