Kennywood is proud to continue a western Pennsylvania tradition with Community and Nationality Days at the park — a special time where, for over a century, groups have come together to celebrate their community or ethnic heritage. Kennywood is honored to host the 2008 Community and Nationality Days and invites everyone to participate!

Kennywood helps friends and neighbors to join one another and experience all the fun of special Community Days at "America's Favorite Amusement Park."  Many community families schedule activities during their picnic such as class and family reunions.

Nationality Days brings together Americans whose ancestors immigrated from around the world, to celebrate their heritage with a day of fun at Kennywood. With more than just rides on their agenda, many Nationality Days include ethnic kitchens, mass, and traditional dancing.        

The 2008 Community and Nationality Days begin June 23 and continue through August 30.
