MENU & CATERING POLICIES

To help ensure the best possible day for your group, please use the following guidelines:

1. The length of your meal time is determined by the size of the group. (See our Serving Guidelines below.)

2. Catering service is based on a minimum of 50 guests. Please note, if your group does not meet the required contractual food minimums, you will be charged for the minimum serving requirements.
   
3. All catering arrangements must be confirmed with the sales office at least three weeks in advance of your outing. At that time we need:
   1. Your estimated number of guests
   2. Your menu choices
   3. Your serving time
      
4. A guaranteed count for the number of guests we are to serve must be placed at least five days in advance of your outing. Otherwise, menus and serving times are subject to change based on availability.
   
5. SORRY, NO RAIN CHECKS! Groups that cancel after the five-day period will be billed for 10% less than their guarantee. Please note, in the event of a rainout, leftover food can be picked up at our Stratwood catering facility located on Lincoln Way in White Oak within 48 hours; otherwise it will be donated to the Three Rivers Food Bank on your behalf.
   
6. Due to the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture regulation 46.441, we are not permitted to leave leftover food after the catered meal is complete.
   
7. SORRY, organized groups may not bring OUTSIDE CATERERS, food, or beverages into any of our parks.
   
8. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on park property.
   
9. All catering events are subject to 7% Pennsylvania state sales tax and 15% service charge.
   
10. Due to food safety concerns, leftover food cannot be taken by group members. Food is served only during specified times and only to group members.
