GROUP POLICIES
- Group rates apply when a group
leader makes a reservation with our Group Sales office or on line and the minimum number required is met. Tickets can be purchased either by mail order or in the Group Sales office the day of the outing. The group leader is responsible for distributing tickets to group members.
- On the day of the outing, the group leader may purchase additional tickets or return unused tickets for refund provided total purchased does not fall below number required for group rates. Unused tickets may also be used on other days (see ticket for valid dates/ surcharges).
- Online reservations must be made
at least 48 hours in advance. Dates are subject
to availability.
- Groups scheduling at least 10 days
in advance will be sent a letter of confirmation and
poster to assist in promoting the
event.
- RESCHEDULING reservations or CANCELING
reservations may be performed within 48 hours
of the scheduled event.
- Surcharges apply for May/June/September
tickets used on a July or August weekend. Please see
ticket for details.
- Tickets are valid only during regular
season for which issued and are not valid
for Phantom Fright Nights.
- Groups may not provide
food or beverages for its members unless purchased
from Kennywood. (Organized covered dish dinners
or outside food caterers or vendors are not permitted.) Only
individual brown bag lunches or individual
family picnic baskets may be brought into the
park. Kennywood does offer KENNYWOOD
CATERING for groups of 50 or more.
- Individuals may not purchase
group rate tickets. All group rate tickets must be purchased by the group leader.
- No alcoholic beverages are permitted
on park property.
- General Admission (no rides) is no
longer available.
- Ask your Sales Representative about our rain check policy which is in place to insure that your group has a fun day at Kennywood!
